The SNET Tokyo Center (STC) is located inside a facility with Japan's highest class of earthquake-proof and seismically isolated structure, with highly reliable power supply facilities (multiple power receiving, uninterruptible power supply facilities), and we operate and monitor the important services of our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have multiple receiving antennas, ranging in diameter to 1.8m, and in addition to functioning as a relay point for domestic and international satellites, we offer a variety of other services, such as distribution of various video content and in-house TV networks via satellite and terrestrial channels, and housing and hosting of our customers’ systems.

We have several of Japan’s leading large-scale satellite communications antennas, and our dedicated staff provide round-the-clock service, from uplink services, remote operation of satellite communications equipment, customer equipment status monitoring and failure support, to isolated restoration work.
We also offer housing services under the optimum conditions for business continuity planning (BCP) measures, utilizing our power supply configuration comprised of dual substation systems and power generators, as well as our location on a site with strong earthquake-resistant ground in an area where natural disasters such as flood damage are exceedingly rare.

In-vehicle stations

We dispatch them nationwide to sports stadiums, event venues and specially set-up venues, and will relay high-quality, immersive images and sound all over the Japan via satellite and terrestrial IP channels in real time.
